Refund Policy
starcityhotel.com issues the refunds within 10 working days from the check-out date, after deducting the charges as per the cancellation policy above.
The refunds are issued to the same account from where the payment is made.
The refunds can take longer to reflect in your account as it is up to your bank on how soon it processes the refunds.
The minimum amount of INR 500 or 10% of the booking amount, whichever is higher will be charged for any cancellations in addition to the hotel cancellation charges.
