Cancellation Policy at Star City Hotel – Manage Your Stay

You must be 18 years of age to book hotels on Star City Hotel and to check into any hotels listed on starcityhotel.com

• Your credit card is charged the total cost above at the time of purchase.
• Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
• Failure to check into the hotel will attract the full cost of stay at the hotel being charged to your credit card.
• Changes or cancellations may result in fees up to the full cost of your stay as per below.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 24 hours of checking-in and No-Show, will attract the full cost of stay (including taxes) as a penalty charge.
• Cost of the first night (including taxes) and administrative fee shall be charged for cancellations more than 24 hours before checking in.
• Partial cancellations made within 24 hours of checking in will attract the full cost of the nights canceled (including taxes) as a penalty charge.
• Partial cancellations requested before 24 hours of checking in :
• If the 1st night is canceled, then the cost of the 1st night (including taxes) and administrative fee will apply as a penalty charge.
• If any other night is canceled, then no charge (except for administrative fee) for the night(s) canceled.
• The charge for the same as applicable at the hotel would have to be cleared directly at the hotel.
• starcityhotel.com shall not be responsible for any such additional charges levied by the hotel other than the room charges.
